INGREDIENTS

• 1 part Lot Forty Rye
• 1 part Laphroaig 10 Year
• 1 Raw Sugar Cube
• 3 Dashes Peychauds
• 3 Dashes Star Anise Bitters
• *Option: Can use 1 dash Ango, 2 dash Absinthe

METHOD

• STEP 1

  Short stir and strained over a mountain of rocks, smaller rocks.... Garnished with a smoking Fallen Star Anise.
