Caramel Apple Nice Cream Sundae [Vegan, Grain-Free]

Ingredients

For the Apple Nice Cream:

2 small apples, cored, sliced and frozen

2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen

1/4 cup non-dairy milk of choice

A pinch of cinnamon and ginger (optional)

For the Easy Caramel Sauce:

1/3 cup non-dairy milk

1/4 cup coconut sugar (other granulated sweeteners should work – brown sugar, cane sugar, etc)

3 tablespoons nut butter of choice (tahini works, too)

A pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped for topping
