Banana |Coffee Milk Shake| [RECIPE]

INGREDIENTS

 For Shake:
• Instant Coffee Powder – 1 1/2 Tbsp
• Banana, Roughly Sliced – 1 Large
• Ground Cardamom Or Cinnamon – ½ Tsp
• Honey – 2 Tbsp Or As Per Taste
• 2 Ice Cubes
• Non-Fat Milk- 2 Cups
 For Serving:
• Whipped Cream
• Chocolate Shavings
• Chocolate Sauce
• Ground Cardamom

Nutrition Info: 228 calories // Servings: 1 Glass

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Combine the coffee, banana, milk, honey, and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to the glasses, and top with whip cream.
3. Sprinkle chocolate shavings, ground cardamom and drizzle some chocolate sauce.
4. Serve Immediately.
