Almond Milk Smoothie

*As the liquid base of this smoothie, almond milk is full of vitamin E, calcium and vitamin D and also provides a vitamin A and zinc so it’s a great choice for hair growth.

Add in banana, kale and an optional helping of peanut butter and it gets even better!

Ingredients

1 banana

1 cup kale

1 cup almond milk

Optional - 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
